Community ski racing returns to Truckee Tahoe!

Come on out, show your skills, challenge your friends, or run some gates for the first time! ASC is organizing the FIRST annual Summit Series community ski racing nights, thanks to our sponsors Blizzard Skis, Boreal Mountain California, Cove Adventure Tours, Ibex Merino, and Grocery Outlet Truckee. We anticipate growing our Summit Series annually with the additional levels of competition and prizes for racing. BUT, since our main goal is to provide some options to race, we are keeping it simple for the first year.
Dates: Thursday 3/30, Thursday 4/6, Thursday 4/13
Time: 4:30-7pm
Location: Boreal Mountain, check in 3/30 on the walkway by the Boreal entrance, look for the table and ASC
Training Center flag, where you will get your Bib and tickets (if needed). All racing will take place on the race
course, unload Accelerator lift/chair to the right.

Participants must be ages 18+
Fees: $50 entry fee for all 3 weeks. $35 Boreal tickets per week (Boreal season and night pass holders do not need to buy a ticket)
Format: Three nights of open (age 18+) ski racing at Boreal Mountain California in the Jeff Hamilton Memorial Race Arena. Skiers and snowboarders welcome. Entry includes access to all three nights of racing. Each competitor receives a custom race bib for the event, one raffle entry, and two professionally timed runs per week. No prizes for fastest times, but results will be posted for some friendly competition among your friends and fellow community racers. Prizes will be raffled off each week.
