About
ASC Nordic and Biathlon Comp and Devo athletes embark on off-season training trips regionally and internationally. There are also opportunities to travel for races, including Junior Nationals for athletes who qualify. We collaborate with other Far West teams to cement intra-regional friendships. Training trips are how we foster a love of the process that is Nordic ski training, learn to take care of ourselves as athletes, work together as an interdependent group, hone life skills, and dedicate quality time to our sport.

CamPs: List will be updated as Dates Are solidified
- Spring Corn Camp: ASC Training Center, years when conditions permit
- East Side (Mammoth Lakes) Camp: Mammoth, CA. July 6-10, 2026. Running, peak bagging, bounding, and rollerskiing. U12- newer U16
- Norway Camp: Trondheim, NOR. August 5-15, 2026, tentatively. U16+. rollerskiing, bog running, and exploring Norway.
- Cabin Camp: Park City, UT. October. U14+. Running, rollerskiing (including the Schutzenski Festival), and bounding.
- Thanksgiving Camp: Canmore, Alberta. November. U14+. On snow!
- Local Holiday Camp: ASC Training Center (Winter Break)
- US Senior National Championships: (early January). U18+
- Soldier Hollow Super Q: Park City, UT. Late January. U12-14 with families; U16+
- Bend JNQ: Bend, OR. TBD. Comp Only (U16+)
- Western Nordic Club Champs: TBD. March . U12-14 & families. Older athletes not going to JNs welcome.
- Junior Nationals: Cable, WI. March 7-15, 2026. U16+ who qualify.
