About
ASC is proud to offer the only nighttime training in the Tahoe Basin. This program caters to those interested in adding an extra time in gates. So whether you’re already enrolled in one of ASC’s daytime programs or these evenings work better for your schedule, we’d love to have you join us!
All programs operate from ASC Training Center at Boreal Mountain Resort. The race arena is our dedicated training and racing venue closed to the public, creating a safe learning environment. Additionally, night training under the lights is unique to our programs and provides additional training opportunities not found elsewhere.

| Parents will be required to volunteer two days per month during the season. More information in the Parent Handbook at the start of the season. |
Typical Twilight Training Evening
4:30 PM: Lift load – Check in with coaches at top of the Race Course
Dynamic warm-up followed by warm-up freeski drills
Ski courses or directed free ski with coaches
7:30 PM: Dismissed
Athletes should bring adequate water and a snack available to them on the hill in a backpack.
TEAM’S TRAINING NIGHT
| Teams from regional near-by mountains are invited to train on our unique night-time venue at Boreal Mountain on Donner Summit. We provide the lane space (gates included) and schedule, while you focus on coaching and managing your team. | |

STEP #1
Contact Chris Lindsay (clindsay@asctrainingcenter.org). He will send you
1) Registration information for parents
2) Code for the password protected registration.
STEP #2
Visiting Coaches will go through a quick orientation with ASC to learn the closure procedure, gate storage, and ski patrol information.
STEP #3
Reservation process: Teams will need to reserve lane space at least 5 days before the training session. An ASC Lane space map will be included in the team’s / coach’s welcome letter.
Weather:
We will keep teams up to date with weather and grooming conditions.
